How It Works
From the moment your media arrives, you’ll get verification at every stage. Leaving no mystery as to where your footage is in the process.
2) INGEST
Your footage lands on our local NAS, byte for byte. Nothing moves on until everything has arrived safe and sound.
3) SCAN
Every file is scanned and MHL-checksummed. Your library is cataloged, making it searchable and restorable at the file level, even years later.
ARCHIVED
Two verified copies. Two locations. One catalog of work. Safe and secure until you need it.
1) SEND
Ship us a drive, drop one off, or even send us an upload link. This is your only step, and it’s the easiest one in the process.
4) WRITE
Your full library goes onto data tape twice. Every write is verified against the checksums, making it possible to prove that what you sent is what’s been saved.
5) STORE
Copy 01 is shelved at our primary facility. Copy 02 heads to the offsite vault. No event can touch both simultaneously.
