About Us
Built by the people who needed it first.
The Archive House began as a solution inside The Edit House, our Nashville post-production company. We knew that the last thing we could do was lose footage, files, finished work, and ultimately clients because of a failed hard drive.
For years, our leadership has built these same kind of systems for internal teams, and they soon realized every creative around them needed it too.
Our Founders
With a combined 30 years of experience in both creative and technology, our team has helped production houses, churches, and individual creatives create legacy archives that bring peace of mind and empower creativity.

Our Process
Discover
Our entire process begins with talking to our team about your data volume, needs, ideas, and what you really need.
Intake
Send us a drive, drop one off, or even send us an upload link. Whichever is easiest, and the rest is on us.
Secure
Safe data leads to protected work, secure client relationships, and a future that is full of relief and focused on what you do best.

Built for those who can’t afford to lose a single project.
Your drives fill fast, and with no real system in place, it’s easy to leave important client work in the closet where it’s at its most vulnerable state. One failed drive could mean it’s all gone - the work, the relationship, and the future with the client.
Creatives
For teams, content is currency. If you’re working on client originals, it’s all about the liability. If you’re working on your catalog, it’s all about the future. And if you’re working on a client campaign, it’s all about having the ability to recall content quickly.
Teams
Content and footage are your church’s history. A record of every Sunday, every service, and every event that’s taken place. This is more than simply keeping content around for content’s sake; this is about protecting the legacy and story your church has told from the beginning.
