What we collect
When you submit our quote-request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, work type, estimated storage size, current storage situation, pain points, contact preference, and any notes you add. We do not collect payment information through this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and prepare a tailored plan.
- To send you a confirmation that your request was received.
- To follow up about archival services we offer.
Analytics & marketing tools
We use Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics 4 and may load other marketing tags (e.g. Google Ads). These tools set cookies and collect: pages viewed, approximate location (city / country level), device type, referring site, and how you interact with the page. We do not pass your personal information (name, email) to these tools.
You can accept or reject these cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. Analytics and ad tags will not fire until you accept.
We send notification emails (to our team) and a confirmation email (to you) using Resend. Email contents include the information you submitted on the form. Resend retains delivery logs as needed to operate their service.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the site (Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, Sanity for content management, Google for analytics if you accept cookies).
Your rights
You can request that we delete the information you submitted, or send us an updated version, by emailing hello@thearchivehouse.io.
